Initiatives

The Bridge Program consists of a workshop series for new faculty and a recommended protocol that departments can use to form individualized Mentoring Teams for newly-arrived faculty.

Peer Mentoring Circle

The Peer Mentoring Circle program creates new connections and provides a mentoring structure outside of a faculty member's home department that adds an additional layer of support. Learn more on the Faculty Affairs website.

Leadership Exploration Program

Held annually during the Spring semester, the four 2-hour sessions consist of discussions with peers, a panel of campus administrators and/or leaders, and subject-matter expert presentation.

Mentoring Graduate Students Series

A six-part series that allows faculty to develop a mentoring philosophy, experiment with various methods of mentoring, and to discuss mentoring challenges and successes with peers. Learn more on the Faculty Affairs website.
